Learn the strengthening, stretching, and toning techniques of NYC Ballet dancers. Heavy emphasis on the ballet barre and mat core exercises. Ballet barre work outs are the foundation for the pilates mat work outs you may already be familiar with. Learn pliates exercises, yoga moves and ballet technique. In this fun and engaging class.

Get back to basics with traditional dance for the love and fun of the art of it. Burn lots of calories in this fun and upbeat dance class. Moves will be hip hop, and jazz based. Learn combinations, floor work and dances. This class is designed as a fitness class. Be prepared to move continuously
